I highly recommend Bill…you will not be dissapointed! He did the inspection for the buyers of my parents house and my parents (the sellers) were so impressed with how thorough he was that they asked for his business card.
I used him for a condo I am buying and he was wonderful. He checked all areas of the home and took the time to explain everything to me as he finished each area. Bill also was wonderfully kind to the sellers and made them feel at ease which was very helpful.

Jeff, it was a pleasure meeting and “working” with you.
I appreciate the promptness of your report.
I felt that you definitely had my (my kids) interest at the Hart of your work.
I felt that you had a great knowledge in what you were doing.
I especially like the inclusion of the pictures.
I would not hesitate to call you for any future Home Inspections that I might need.

My real estate agent referred Bill from Suburban Consultants to inspect the house we were purchasing in November 2013. I was a little leery using her referral so I checked with our lawyer. He suggested using them too. I hired Suburban and was more than satisfied with the entire experience. They uncovered a series of issues that might have cost us big $$ later on. We did buy the house after the seller addressed the problems. Bill & his team were right on point. We have been problem free since moving in and know what will need updating as we move forward. We highly recommend this company if you need a home inspection.

Bill came highly recommended 12 years ago, when I purchased my first home, and he did a wonderful job on that inspection. Now that I’m purchasing something new, I sought him out again and was so happy to have him inspect the new place. I knew I would get a thorough, top quality inspection. Bill brings knowledge, competency and a caring that lets you know your in good hands. It definitely helps to have someone like that on your side when making such a big purchase!

Bill’s follow-through was fantastic. He made himself available for additional questions and concerns that came up after the visit. Five stars.
