Jeff and Anthony and the rest of the Suburban Consultant team were AMAZING. They were so knowledgeable and efficient. They arrived early and got straight to work. They guided my wife and I carefully through the inspection office and gave us great comfort in the possibilities of our potential purchase. What;s more is that we called on Thursday for a Saturday morning appointment – NO PROBLEM — oh and it was a holiday weekend. Then to put the icing on the cake, Jeff issued the report within 12 hours of our meeting.
We are so grateful for the entire Suburban consultant team and their professionalism .

I wanted to follow up and thank you and Scott for everything that you did I to help us with the inspection last week in East Northport. The inspection of the house & property was very informative as you answered all of my questions and concerns during the afternoon. I also appreciate the thorough and professional report that you sent the following day. It became very useful as we were setting up some of the terms & concessions in the contract.
